About Lucy

Experienced leader. Committed to community. Focused on results.

About Me

I’m Lucy Rehm. I represent Minnesota House District 48B, and I’m running for re-election. For the past two years I’ve represented our community, Chanhassen and the eastern side of Chaska, in St. Paul. As a former Chanhassen city council member and educator, I’ve brought my knowledge and experience to the Capitol to improve the everyday lives of Minnesota families.

I am a proud fourth-generation Minnesotan who has called Chanhassen home for more than 25 years. My husband Phil and I were married at Pax Christi and we chose Chanhassen as the place to raise our family. I am the mother of three children, all who attended public schools here in Chanhassen.

I feel honored every day to get to represent our great community and hope I can continue to bring my life-long passion for healthy living, supported families, and a clean environment to my work.

“I am running for re-election because I want to preserve the things that make this a great place to live while doing the work to make them even better.”

Why I’m running

I’m tired of divisive politics that stop us from getting real solutions to our problems. My husband and I have lived here for the past 25 years and we love this community. I ran for office in 2022 to preserve the things that make this a great place to live – our beautiful lakes, creeks, and wetlands; our parks and trails; our thriving small business economy; our wonderful schools. Once I was elected, I got to work doing just that, as well as pushing every day to make them even better.

I am committed to working for you. That starts with listening. It also means having honest and respectful dialogue with everyone; advocating forward-thinking, innovative solutions to the challenges we face; and working hard to deliver real results for our community.

Why Lucy?

This district deserves a representative who understands that the job is about serving you, not a political party. I will continue to lead with honesty and respect while continuing my focus on achieving real results for our community.
